ICCA has been a leading global contest for children’s comics since its inception in 2012. The event is held in Bucheon and has been participated by over 2,700 children worldwide. In the contest, the children have a chance to meet the same age group from various countries and they can show their imagination and creativity. ICCA is a representative children exchange program in Bucheon; Korea’s city of comics. 

Celebrating its fifth edition, the International Children Comics Artist Awards (ICCA) opens preliminary contest from April 18 to June 3, 2016.

Preliminary Contest
  - Theme : The world I want to change
  - Form : Free & creative comic following contest theme (Maximum of two comics per person)
  - Eligibility : Korean and foreign children in elementary school grades 4-6 (Children of 12 years or under, born after Jan. 2004 (including))
  - Format : Octavo or A3-size paper
  - Application : April 18 (Mon), 2016 ~ June 03 (Fri), 2016 via mobile, website, and postal mail
